Hi, I’m Samuel Moore
I'm running in the seat of King because I believe we can do better. We deserve real action on the cost of living, housing and climate crisis.
I have called the north/northeastern suburbs home for many of my milestones. I graduated from school in Gawler, lived in Mawson Lakes during the covid years, and have been happily living with my partner and (recently adopted) cats, Thor and Loki in Golden Grove.
I love my community, and I am a firm believer in change, and wanting to improve things for our families and those around us.
Growing up in a big family myself, I understand the costs that come with raising a family. As a student I discovered the difficulties of balancing study, and work. As a manager of a business, I experienced the pressures of keeping your head above the water. And don't get me started on trying to find a way into the housing market.
But what I have experienced is these issues seem to be getting even harder for all South Australians. Yet both the major parties seem unwilling to act on these issues by themselves. They need someone to hold them accountable and push them to do better.
I want to champion the needs of our local community, and be the voice that can push the government to go further and do better for all South Australians.
