Since November last year we have had 10-minute trains services during the morning and afternoon peaks. That is coming to an end next week!

The State Government has shown that 10-minute trains on the Williamstown line are possible, however, we will be reverting to trains every 20 minutes, despite the ongoing fuel crisis and cost of living issues.

This week, the government announced more frequent trains services on numerous train lines, but instead we are going backwards. The Greens say that the residents of Williamstown deserve better. There has been an increase in patronage on trains since November, showing that more frequent services are the best way to ease traffic congestion and reduce pollution.

The Greens want to improve the network to make services more frequent, so you can get where you’re going without waiting around.
